¡Abran las puertas!

¡abran las puertas!

Gritos desgarrradores de seres

envueltos en sus historias

de memorias incineradas

en el fuego fastuoso de las desidias

sus bocas con terribles dentelladas

al aire prisionero del espacio

gritan:

¡abran las puertas!

¡abran las puertas!

los mercenarios miran ebrios

con los deseos de la muerte

el llanto, las imprecaciones

de los que murieron besando

las misericordias.

¡Abran las puertas!

¡abran las puertas!

palabras barridas por el humo

los pájaros despavoridos

llevaron el eco de estos dolores

por la periferia de la gran ciudad,

solo el ululante enronquecido

de las gargantas llorando el

saber de sus seres queridos

lleno ese espacio donde

los gemidos de la muerte

cubrieron el azul del cielo

de esa mañana.

No hubo fanfarria, ni triunfos

ni voces resplandecentes,

ni notas de buen augurio,

tampoco reality show solo

el penetrante olor a los cuerpos

calcinados,

y la apropiada dignidad

de el sufrimiento de nuestro

pueblo.

wrapped in theirs stories

of memories incinerated

in the splendid fire of the indolence

their mouth with terrible bites

the air captive in the space.

The mercenaries look drunk

with the wishes of death

the crying, the curses

of those who die kissing

the mercies.

Open the doors!

words swept by the smoke

the bird terrified

carried the echo of these pains

to the periphery of the big city

only the hoarse howling

of the throats weeping

to love of  loves ones

filled the space

the groans of death

covered the blue sky

that morning.

 

There was not fanfare, no wins

either not radiance voices,

or notes of good omen

no reality show either, only

the pungent smell of the bodies

charred

and the proper dignity

of the suffering of our

people
