¿Qué será?/What will it be?

What will it be?

Will the steps of the rain have to erase

the traces of my shadows,

Will I be able to clean my glasses with the fog

of the night,

Will my soul desecrate the awakening

from the flowers,

I will see the rebirth of your eyes

reflected in the summer afternoons,

it will perhaps be possible to comb my hair with

water reflections,

It will be that a kiss thrown into space will envelop

to lovers in a primordial embrace,

or could it be that the heartbeats

They will be able to turn back the hands of the clock,

or could it be that the twilight of the evening

let out the wounded cries of the birds,

Will the morning dew be able to cleanse

the evils of others.

or will the image of my dreams leave

languish in the silence of the ferns

or maybe it will be that the flash of your eyes

will give some light to the darkness

of nightmares.

Detengamos./Let's stop.

Detengamos.

Detengamos la muerte……

construyamos barricadas inaccesibles

con los pensamientos más fuertes,

con las rocas sueltas del camino,

con las miradas de fuego,

con las costras calcinadas de las montañas………

no dejemos pasar la muerte, bombardeémosla

con el amor

con el destino

con el tiempo

con la nada

con el llanto de los caídos

con las heridas restañadas

por las manos de la madre,

propongo crear

una unión de murallas góticas

llenas de murales, con risas,

ventanas ojivales

murallones señoriales coronado

con vidrios triturados,

alambres de púas

flexibles y esbeltas

para así, alcanzar

las nubes bajas de la mañana

Detengamos la muerte con alas de mariposa…….

engañémosla con el réquiem de aquellos

que tienen el pecho vacío,

con la sombra de mis dioses empuñando

las verdades, aquellas vedadas

al brillo prístino de los océanos,

con los ojos prendidos en las imágenes

trazados por los huérfanos.

Let's stop.

Let's stop death...

let's build inaccessible barricades

with the strongest thoughts,

with the loose rocks of the road,

with looks of fire,

with the charred crusts of the mountains………

let's not let death pass, let's bombard it

with the love

with destiny

over time

with nothing

with the cry of the fallen

with healed wounds

by the mother's hands,

I propose to create

a union of gothic walls

full of murals, with laughter,

pointed windows

crowned stately walls

with crushed glass,

barbed wires

flexible and slim

in order to achieve

the low morning clouds.

Let's stop death with butterfly wings…….

let's deceive her with the requiem of those

who have an empty chest,

with the shadow of my gods wielding

the truths, those forbidden

to the pristine brilliance of the oceans,

with eyes glued to the images

traces by orphans.

Dicen nunca más./They say never again.

Aunque Melchor, Gaspar y Baltazar

They say never again.

They say, never again,

but the birds fly chained to the designs

of the heartless,

They say, never again,

but the lost eyes of the miserable

They scratch the nauseating pavement,

They say, never again,

but the lands dry up in fragments

for the greed of a few,

they say, never again

but the thirsty mouth of the many

They look for the forbidden water,

they say, never again

However, in the cities hands

They spread through crusts,

they say, never again

although misery runs rampant

the daily landscape,

They say, never again,

Although Melchior, Gaspar and Baltazar

They are remembered, only dead children

They remain in the manger,

They say, never again,

Yet the carved ivory hangs

with slender necks, the elephants,

disappear from the earth.

They say, never again,

hunger knocks on doors

destroying hopes.

They say, never again,

many seek other horizons

but hate spreads them across the borders.

They say, never again,

but the sad face of the mothers

They get lost in their ramblings.

Mortaja./Shroud.

Mortaja.

Las mortajas negras de la muerte

cubren nuestros ojos con un hálito

nauseabundo, arrastrándonos

en el moho, en el fétido

barro de la sangre, que desde

el fondo de la tierra hace erguir

brazos desgajados por el odio

golpeando nuestros rostros

haciéndonos perder el equilibrio

en el desvarío de los aquelarres.

Las mortajas negras de la muerte

ondean en los instrumentos

 de exterminio,

adocenados cancerberos otean

palomas.

Shroud.

The black shrouds of death

cover our eyes with a breath

nauseating, crawling

in the mold, in the fetid

mud of blood, which since

the bottom of the earth makes rise

arms torn apart by hate

hitting our faces

making us lose our balance

in the madness of the covens.

The black shrouds of death

wave on the instruments

  of extermination,

mediocre Cerberus examine

from the masts of terror

the future of tomorrows

bathed with the lymph of life,

nothing stops the hissing of the

that transport stupidity between

the folds of clothing

stained with the effluvia

from the dark mists of anger.

The black shrouds of death

cover the horizon of dreams

love withdraws, hides

in the crevices of our souls

frightened by the slander.

The black shrouds of death

wave with the wind of wrath,

cover the faces of our gods

who from the corner of the horizon

of life watch the slaughter of the

pigeons.

El presdigitador./The predigitator.

The predigitator.

(I am rich, I am successful, I am the best)

We will do everything,

I will transform everything into greatness

whoever tries to oppose

will meet the colossal

omnipotent maker of bad omens,

His eyes rest between the drops of water,

Narcissus,

lying the reflection of lies,

engendering the will-o'-the-wisp,

hopes will be sent

to the eternal ice,

with his excited voice he sticks the ideas

despot, his gaze looks down

to his diners on stage

of his childish, ladino, mediocre theater

dividing us with annexed tricks

sweet doves don't come out of his hat

only deception, lies and juggling

late nights, his teacher's demagoguery

of contempt is a spectacle

under the big top in a circus with

bad taste jokes, pantomimes,

pirouettes and musical numbers,

authoritarian centurion, willing

to the march of their centuries

in search of other times

lost in the mists of oblivion.

Joan Jara

Joan Jara.

Joan Jara.

You have left towards the destination of the encounters

to meet him, and his unwavering song

you leave wrapped in the immensity of silk

spun with the hands of the country,

recorded with guitar melody……

ceramics made from primeval earth,

unmemorable vicuñas and alpacas

Furthermore, with dreams and hopes

of all of us who love your exploits,

From your eyes we collect the strength of faith

your stoicism opened paths of hope

we know that your navigation on the ship

guided by the stars you can catch

the hands of your partner Victor…

Mi vida corre,,,/ My life runs…

 My life runs…

My life runs in the torrents of your blood

carrying the taste of your eyes between your fingers,

the bitter flash of your skin truncated by the blows,

the caresses of your eyes that softly navigate

the terrible sea of deaths and lies,

I travel in your bowels in nights of desires,

but in the day, I travel the gentle curves

of your veins, palpating the beginning of life.

My life runs the soft curve of your size

in the tenacious traffic of your work days,

and I feel the sour taste of your body,

sometimes you perceive the soft passage of the towel

on your skin still damp from the afternoon shower,

I walk through the numeral of your fingers

peeking at the objects that rest in the kitchen

Only then do I see you from one room crossing to the other.

My life runs the sweet taste of your mouth

in the magical moment when your eyes

They touch the frozen shine of the glass,

I get upset when you move your arms

trying to tear off the moorings

that tie you to the banal things in life,

but like this, I don't know, what takes my breath away

It seems to be the glow of your gaze at sunset.
