El eterno retorno

El eterno retorno

Mariposas.

Butterflies.
Must be important that we see
between the lines of your eyes, this look
wrap in the fluttering of the butterflies,
and the gentle smoke of a cigarette
balancing in the ashtray,
while, still on the horizon we can
see the shadow of the majestic flight
of the swans.
I see in your view the sense of things,
the knowledge of the rain in the nude
landscape of the larch, silent sentinels of
the stars, between your eyelids I distinguish
the maturity of the fruit, the shrill singing
of the crickets, and sometimes your wishes
lush gender.
Feeling that your pupil is fixed on the heart
shifting from side to side, and a
single look the trees change the color
of its leaves, when make eloquent out
to the moon, that hidden among the nightly

dogs’ barking.
I read on the page of your eyes the intention
of old travelers traveling the paths
where the caravans will move again
bringing from remote places spices
with which you bath your tired skin.
In the twilight of the afternoon the butterflies
close your eyes to take you

at the foot of the mountain.
