La niña.

La niña

Otras tierras.

Quizás desde esas montañas

perdidas al sentido

podremos divisar otras

tierras que al desdoblarse

en las ansias de su espera

dejará entrar las voces

de nuestras luchas

dejando de lado

el amargo sabor de la muerte.

Ya el viento solo, no puede

levantar el tronar de rocas

chocando en los lejanos

acantilados, solo los hombres

llegados desde otro sueños

abandonados en las efímeradas

almohadas de los dictadores,

podrán revertir los pasos agotados

por los vaticinios de las Sibilas.

Quizás desde esas montañas

pálidas por el canto de rocio

se levante el cántico

de los pastores trayendo

los olores recién impresos

en sus ropajes,

y tus ojos abiertos

con el viento suave que baja

desde sus gargantas distinguirán

esos tonos verdes

recalcitrantes que invaden

los páramos aledaños.

Other lands.

Perhaps from those mountains
lost to the sense
we could see other
lands that at unfold
in the yearning of its expected
will leave to enter the voice
of our struggles
leaving aside
the bitter taste of death.
And the wind alone can not
lift the rock thunder
crashing into the distant
cliffs, only men
that came from other dreams
abandoned in the ephemeral
pillows of the dictators
may reverse the exhausted steps
by the predictions of the Sibyls.
Perhaps from those mountains
pale by the singing of the dew
will lifted the song
of shepherds bringing
freshly printed smells
in their clothing,
and your eyes open
with the light wind that comes down
from their throats will distinguish
these shades of stubborn
green invading
adjoining moorland.
