Ya mi voz no es capaz.
Considero
que mi voz no ha sido capaz de vencer
los
estruendo horrible de la guerra, solo mis oídos
escuchan
los llantos de las mariposas que tratan
de alejarse
volando del marasmo.
Mis manos cubren
los ojos para no dejar ver
las
horrendas escenas de la muerte descolgándose
de la
pantalla hueca del televisor,
solo la voz
inocua del locutor se choca contra
los cuadros
colgando de mis cuatro murallas.
Afuera, mi voz no es capaz de detener
la sequedad de la tierra resquebrajada
el golpe del viento hace retorcer
las hojas que caen descascaradas.
De mi boca apenas salen las palabras
no se si pueda pedir ayuda para levantar
las pocas pertenencias que se me han caído
a la vera del camino, ya mi voz no me da
para poder gritar
las injusticias cometidas contra mi pueblo.
Ya mis últimos alientos no me permiten
que mi voz describa la caída de las hojas,
o de cómo tus manos recogieron el agua
para mojar tus labios partidos.
